Maple-Glazed Fig & Blood Orange Burrata

Creamy burrata paired with maple-glazed figs and bright blood orange, served over delicate frisée with toasted Marcona almonds and finished with crispy prosciutto for a perfect balance of sweet, citrus, and savory.
